Every new doctor gets 30 days of Starter free. The monthly fee is waived during the trial, but commission still applies to each consultation. There are no payment processing charges for doctors: your payout is simply what the patient paid, minus your commission.

Is YerosCare a website or an app?
YerosCare is a mobile app, available on Google Play and the App Store. This website is where you learn about it and download it.
How do I know the doctors are real?
Every doctor submits their MDCN license number, and we verify it before their profile is visible to patients.
Can I get my prescription and notes later?
Yes. Your consultation notes appear in your records in the app, and you can download your prescription and share it with any pharmacy.
How do I pay?
You pay inside the app when you book. Each doctor's services are shown in their profile before you confirm.
When do doctors get paid?
Automatically, 24 hours after a consultation is completed.
What happens after the free trial?
Doctors continue on the Starter plan unless they choose Professional or Premium. Commission applies to every consultation, including during the trial.
Can I use YerosCare in an emergency?
No. If you or someone near you needs urgent help, go to the nearest hospital or call your local emergency number.
